HP carbide torpedo cutter C.295KF uses fine cross-cut geometry for controlled trimming, shaping and material reduction on CoCr, NiCr, base-metal casting alloys and non-precious RPD frameworks; gold casting alloys, noble palladium-based alloys and precious-metal PFM frameworks; PMMA denture-base resin, tray acrylic, CAD/CAM PMMA and bis-acryl provisional composite; and facing acrylics, composite veneering resins and layered veneering porcelain.
The torpedo profile is close to a rounded cylinder, giving smooth lateral contact and softened end transitions. The tungsten carbide head and stable rotary design support efficient, controlled cutting performance in dental laboratory workflows.
