HP carbide bud cutter C.78K uses medium cross-cut geometry for controlled trimming, shaping and material reduction on CoCr, NiCr, base-metal casting alloys and non-precious RPD frameworks, as well as PMMA denture-base resin, tray acrylic, CAD/CAM PMMA and bis-acryl provisional composite.

The bud profile provides rounded contact for controlled smoothing of convex and concave transitions. The tungsten carbide head and stable rotary design support efficient, controlled cutting performance in dental laboratory workflows.
